How Malory is impacted by COVID-19

First and foremost, we hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy.
As we monitor and adapt to the COVID-19 situation, our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. This page will be updated with any changes in our day to day operations that could potentially lead to delayed orders.
Current order handling times – We are very lucky to have one of the best fulfillment partner who is proactively taking every measures to ensure the safety of their employees and clients while keeping their facility up and running. In order to follow CDC guidelines and implement “social distancing” practices, the team in charge of fulfilling orders for the Malory products is currently operating at reduced personnel, which can lead to longer handling times than usual. Please expect current orders to be processed and shipped within a 7-day time frame. If anything changes, we will make sure to promptly notify any customers with open orders that might be affected.
